Further Terms & Conditions

- Minimum of seven-day stay is required. For a monthly stay, tenants have to sign the contract with hotel.
- One night room rate deposit or use of major credit cards must guarantee all reservations.
- All non-guaranteed reservations will be released after 6:00pm on the date of scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
|
In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by the Apartment to the Credit Card.
