- Extra guest charge including extra bed is Bht 700 per person per night.
- Additional 1,000 Baht per month for in-suite washing machine.
- Additional 1,000 Baht per month for in-suite unlimited hi-speed or Wi Fi internet access. Internet access cards available for use at lobby and in-suite are Bht 200/half hr and Bht 300/hr.
- Private car airport transfer Bht 1800/one way trip (max. 2 passengers).
- Private van airport transfer Bht 2500/one way trip (max. 5 passengers).

- The rates are valid until 8 July 2012.
- All above rates include Vat , but exclusive of service charge.
- Rates for 1 bedroom suite is for 2 guests, for 2 bedrooms suite is for 4 guests,for 3 bedrooms suite is for 6 guests.
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years old free when sharing room/existing bedding with parents.
- Credit card payment will attract 3% surcharge.
- For tenancy of 1 month or above, utility (water/electricity) is included up to Bht 3,000/month.
- For tenancy of 3-6 months, there is a security deposit of one month's rental plus one month's rental in advance.
Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

Additional charge of at least 1 night per room booked up to the full amount of the order may be imposed.
